Q. How is this zero-waste when all the bulk goods come in plastic containers?
A. The company, Rustic Strength, that we get our refills from offer a closed loop program, we return all the packaging materials and containers once empty and they sanitize and reuse them.

Q. Can I use my own donated container?
A. No, we have sanitized, donated containers on hand that we will fill for your order.

Q. I paid for a bottle deposit, how do I get credit back on that?
A. When you return a Green Rock bottle, we will credit you the amount of the bottle deposit on your next order.

Q. Do you have a brick and mortar store for refills?
A. Not yet! We offer delivery to the Metro East within 3 business days of your order and also offer local pick up at Farmers' Markets in the area.

Q. Can I select how many ounces of each product that I want?
A. No, at this time we offer refills in set amounts - 2oz, 8oz, 16oz, and 32oz for ease of filling and ordering. If you need larger amounts, please message us!

Q. Would Green Rock accept glass containers that I would like to donate?
A. Sure, make sure they are clean and dry. We can pick them up when we're already doing a delivery or bring them to a Market for us. Thank you!
