Rachel has been sewing most of her life. She first picked up a needle and thread when she was 15 years old. She worked as a professional seamstress for 3 years and has enjoyed focusing her skills on creating products that help preserve our environment. Her focus on making reusable products, repurposing used materials, and mending items to give them new life highlights her passion for our Earth. She%u2019s a mother of three amazing kids, married to a loving and supportive partner, an accomplished trail runner, and a lover of good food, She prefers to be outdoors, but if she has to be inside, creating products to make life better or simply bring joy is a very close second!

At Green Rock Goods, we take quality and our impact on the planet into consideration with every thing we do. We strive to source material in an economical yet environmentally conscious way. There are still some barriers to cost of goods in that regard so those items are made with reuse in mind. We avoid shipping with new plastic and a lot of our items + packaging are compostable. When possible we procure locally and purchase items from small businesses.
